When you can’t find anything for your clients on the market, you have to get creative. We’re not so much in the real estate business as we are in the problem solving business 💪 low inventory is a problem, but clients still looking for homes. What’s the solution?

Do I have any home inspector friends that have a Home Maintenance Guidebook that they would be willing to co-brand with me for my home buyer clients? If not, would anyone be interested in partnering up to create one as a resource for my people?

Before I was in Real Estate I spent a lot of time in the restaurant business doing everything from bussing tables to running restaurants as a General Manager. What a crazy business the restaurant industry is… I definitely learned a lot about myself, life and business. In a lot of ways it shaped my life and who I am today. Lots of lessons that I learned and experience that I gained that is useful today in running my business and working with people today in Real Estate 🙏
