We’re so excited to shine the spotlight on Pacha, our fabulous volunteer at Foss!
Pacha loves volunteering. She’s a future nursing student who wants to gain experience and practice her English skills. Plus, she loves our lovely residents and staff!
Pacha’s actions have a profound impact on our community. Her passion for engaging with our residents, practicing American Sign Language, and exploring new activities like photography and bead jewelry making, not only enriches her own experience but also brings joy and inspiration to those around her.

Can this thumb test tell if you are at increased risk of a hidden aortic aneurysm? All the parts of our bodies share an inherent connectivity. This goes much further than "the foot bone's connected to the … leg bone." For instance, both hands and feet are connected to a constantly flowing bloodstream, and a nerve network that makes their muscles kick.

Zachary’s passion for music and connection with our residents has made every moment special. He started volunteering at Foss Home and Village after his choir schedule was put on hold, and has been spreading joy and sharing new songs with our residents ever since!

“Exploring new songs and genres with our residents has been a highlight of my volunteering experience,” Zachary shares. “I love watching them smile and reminisce about their favorite tunes!”
