The Role:
Our Retail Sales Associate are responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, and reporting on our products, promotions and on-site services. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless’ family of products, then we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities:
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals including monthly gross and net sales, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retentions goals and monthly auto bill pay goals.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
• Participate in outside marketing events.
Requirements:
• At least one-year retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
• At least on-year experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods.
• Work at various locations may also be required.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with technology devices.
• Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a huge plus
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, cleaning and organizing stores etc.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background.

Position Overview:

Every day, our Store Manager at Cricket accountable of smooth running of Cricket store in Marysville location. The incumbent is responsible to run all aspects of the Cricket retail business including, but not limited to, financial management, business operations, customer service and retention, promotions, inventory, employee training and development.

Our Store Manager:

Assure attainment of all net sales and revenue goals are hit through digital marketing and advertisement in the area.
Assume direct responsibility for all day-to-day store operations in this location.
Establish and maintain adherence to budget
Coach and develop retail staff
Analyze business trends, track competitor landscape, share best practices with other stores
Participate in the staffing process for the store, including hiring and performance management
Promote positive customer experience through modeling great customer service and handling escalations
Demonstrate solid technical competence for all products and services sold
Engage in community activities and business development that support business goals
Own store issues, proactively identify challenges and create improvement plans
Conduct employee meetings and operations reviews
Maintain relationships with Network Operations Center to keep abreast of changes, potential customer issues and assist with resolution of issues
