Kelsea began her massage training at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, CA in 2005; through specific education, structural massage became the base of Kelsea’s dynamic approach. In 2009 Kelsea began instructing massage in Hawaii. She received classes in Lomi Lomi alongside her students in the style of Auntie Margaret. Lomi Lomi brought rhythm, flow, and aloha to Kelsea’s bodywork. The combination of structural massage, precise trigger points and soothing, wave-like motions of Lomi make for an incredibly therapeutic massage.

Sedating the nervous system and isolating adhesions to move tissues, Kelsea finds the right pressure for her clients for tissues to let go. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, and facilitates this process through education and a client centered approach.

 Kelsea received her certificate of Esthetics from The Euro Institute of Skincare in Renton, WA. Kelsea’s background set the stage for her to develop facial massage techniques that are highly sensitive and precise, effectively lifting and rejuvenating the skin. Kelsea uses in-depth assessments, mindfulness, facial massage modalities, and barrier repair to approach the skin thoughtfully and sensitively.

Our first hydrotherapy class open to the public!

Deep dive into the basics of hydrotherapy at it's source! Approximately 2.5 hours of lecture, light snacks, tea and water plus 2 hours of spa use which includes locker room, dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and salt pool (Hot tub and movement room will not be available). Sandals, towels, locker, and shower supplies will be provided. 

What to bring: Notebook, pen, bathing suit, non-glass water bottle. 

Other details: Registratuon link in bio, class is limited to 16 people, credit card required to book and card will be charged 3 days before event, 72 hour cancellation is require, 50% cancellation fee otherwise unless spot is filled by waitlist, all other inquiries can be sent to [email protected]
