Up-cycling your old furniture with Montana BLACK and Montana GOLD Spray Paint is a great way to save money and make your home look unique at the same time. 🏠💕 But before you dive in, let's go over some important "Do's & Don'ts" when spray painting furniture pieces.

✅ Do's:
➡️ Wear a mask and gloves for the entire process.
➡️ Clean the entire piece of furniture with soap and water to remove dirt and grease.
➡️ Use a white primer for the brightest possible results.
➡️ Remove all hardware, k***s, and door k***s from your furniture.
➡️ Mask off any areas you don't want to paint with painter's tape.
➡️ Identify the wind’s direction before starting on your piece; if you work against the wind, you could end up covered in color!

👎 Don'ts:
🚫 Spray directly onto wet furniture! After you wash your piece down, you'll need to wait until it is thoroughly dried to proceed. This is especially important to remember when working on porous surfaces like wood or particle board.
🚫 Think about spraying during a heat wave! 🙅‍♂️ Extremely hot weather can affect flow, application, and even the finish of your paint job. 😱 The good news is Montana BLACK is the perfect tool for working outside in frigid climates. Stocking up for winter has never felt so good!

"Since last June, Southern Fried Q***r Pride has grown in both our programming and our outreach. We've doubled the events we provide to the community and expanded our annual June Pride festival.
