Here’s why!!
Buyers are WAITING for rates to drop before they get into the market.
Once rates drop the market will again be FLOODED with buyers competing for very few available homes. This means multiple offers and homes selling up to 10-20% higher. That lower rate they WAITED for is now on a more expensive mortgage with a similar payment. Not to mention the headache of competing and possibly making multiple attempts before finally securing a home.
Deeper Dive – If, and likely when interest rates go down, you can refinance reducing your monthly payment and once you sell you will realize the additional equity because you purchased at a lower price. Win/Win!

Im sure I’ll catch some flack for this, but if it inspires just one person it will have been worth it. I’m on day 30 of “Soft 75”. To be fair, I started eating clean two weeks prior (and yes, I’m sucking it in 😀). I’m down 12 pounds, feeling much stronger, have more energy, thinking more clearly and positively. I used to need at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Now I feel great with less than 7. I highly recommend giving this a try if you’re looking to make meaningful gains both mentally and physically.
