Pozole is a traditional soup or stew from the Mexican cuisine. It is made from hominy and pork and can be garnished with cabbage, onions, lime and a special chile de árbol salsa.

The is a popular street dish in Guadalajara consisting of crispy pork, served on a crusty bolillo bread, and drenched in a spicy sauce. Ordered in its motherland, you’ll be asked to choose your level of desired heat as a courtesy, only to get a spicy sandwich.

In the states, it’s typically served with two sauces separately, a mild tomato sauce to drench and a spicy chile de árbol sauce to customize the heat. We’re sure it will make your palate go mad, and you’ll want to come back for more!

Dear patrons as we grown our family we have been lucky to get amazing staff allowing us for the second time in years to open for NYE.

We will be open limited hours from 5:00PM to 8:30PM

We will NOT be taking reservations. We will only be working on a first come first serve basis.
