Hawaiian shoyu ramen!!!! The name comes from the desire to want to go somewhere hot to escape from the cold. Using our house made shoyu broth as the base, we’ve added BBQ beef tendons, corn, bean sprouts, bok Choi, and finally butter. The creaminess of the butter compliments the soy sauce based broth perfectly.

Now available at our bar!!! The Yamazaki Emperor Flight - 3/4oz pour of YAMAZAKI Puncheon, Mizunara Japanese Oak, Peated Malt, and Spanish Oak. 4 sought after discontinued whisky’s each more exclusive then the other. An experience and a taste that isn’t worth missing.

New Years Ramen - Our classic Shoyu ramen base with Inari(Abura-age), boiled shrimp, menma(bamboo shoots), bok choi, and kamaboko(fish cake). Finished off with housemade shrimp oil containing shrimp shell bits. #2023 #明けましておめでとうございます
