The Man O' War
The Man o' War A Manhattan and a bourbon sour walk into a bar... They fall in love and a stork drops off a cocktail that grows up to be The Man O’ War. A beautifully rich, dark, fruity, and citrusy cocktail worthy of an underground speakeasy’s secret menu. - 1.5 oz. OOLA Cask Strength Bourbon - 1 oz. Orange Liqueur - .5 oz. Lemon Juice - .5 oz. Bravo Sweet Vermouth Brandied Cherry Orange Peel

the bond girl
The Bond Girl ---------------- 2 oz. OOLA Barrel Finished Gin .75 oz. Cocchi Americano 3 Dashes Hopped Grapefruit Bitters Lemon peel The perfect contrast to a classic gentleman's cocktail "The Manhattan". Bourbon Barrel Finished Gin gives a light botanical and floral juniper note rounded out by the finish of oak and vanilla. Cocchi Americano a white wine aperitif, and Hopped Grapefruit Bitters bring a bright sweetness and fragrant citrus flavor, as opposed to the rich dark red vermouth and wintery baking spices of angostura used in a manhattan.

penicillin
Penicillin ---------- 2. oz. Three Shores White Label .25 oz. Islay Scotch or Peated Bourbon .75oz. Lemon Juice .75 oz. Honey Ginger Simple Syrup Garnish with Candied Ginger This cocktail is typically made with an Islay Scotch, but in our recipe we used an in-house collaboration with Woodshop BBQ in Seattle. Using smoked malt courtesy of @woodshopbbq we aged a single malt whiskey in bourbon barrels for 3+ years. Using a Smoked Whiskey or Highland Scotch will drop the medicinal flavor typically associated with Peaty Islay Scotches. If you can't rent a barrel aging house for half a decade to craft your own smoked single malt whiskey... store bought is fine! The result is a beautiful whiskey cocktail that is subtle, smokey, spicy, and sweet.

cucumber gimlet
Gimlets are a great basic gin cocktail that allows for amazing improvements and experimentation. I find something as simple as muddling cucumbers can make a Gin non-believer switch teams. Gin lends itself to herbal and earthy flavors, cucumber, mint, basil, rosemary, and thyme. Adding one or more of these can make the jump into a fruity gin cocktail even smoother. Cucumbers, basil, and blueberries are a personal favorite of ours. Cucumber Gimlet -------------------- 2 oz. OOLA Gin .5oz Simple Syrup .5oz Lime Juice Muddled Cucumber Lime Wheel

woodshop whiskey
Check out our whiskey collaboration with Wood Shop BBQ! We made a very high-smoked barley Bourbon with the smoked malt Wood Shop BBQ smoked for us. This 4-year-old smokey Bourbon was blended with the oldest stock of our 10-year-old high rye Waitsburg Bourbon. The Wood Shop Whiskey has a sweet smokey note on the nose and initial flavors on the palate. The sweet smoke continues onto the mid-pallet and finishes with the deep vanilla and dark chocolate notes of the 10-year-old Waitsburg Bourbon on a long lingering finish.

cozy vibes
Who needs candles and blankets when you can wind down at Watershed Pub with their 'Cozy Vibes' cocktail. It's made with OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon, mata tinta reserva vermouth, meletti, scrappy's chocolate bitters, scrappy's cardamon bitters, and honey.

dirty martini
Dirty Martini🍸 Rumor has it that James Bond asked for his martinis shaken, not stirred, because it further diluted the spirit and the remaining ice chips floating on top would melt to create an initial sip of water. So he could take a drink without getting drunk. What good is a drunk spy anyway? - 2oz OOLA Gin - .25oz Brovo Dry Vermouth - Olive Juice - 3 Feta Stuffed Olives

brown sugar old fashioned
Brown Sugar Old Fashioned - 2oz Three Shores White Label Whiskey - Spoon Full of Brown Sugar - 3 Dashes Bitters - Orange Peel - Italian Cherry This version is essentially how it *should* be served to you in most Whiskey bars or Cocktail Lounges. Our take uses brown sugar in place of the simple syrup. In the rocks glass, soak the brown sugar in three dashes of angostura bitters, spritz and rim the glass with an orange peel and add that to the drink. With a muddler, stir the orange peel on top of the sugar to exfoliate the oils out of the orange peel. Add just a splash of water to dissolve the sugar in the glass. Pour in your favorite OOLA Bourbon. I recommend the Three Shores White Label in particular with brown sugar. Then add in your big rock and Italian cherry! Stir for about 8-10 seconds and enjoy!

blueberry lemondrop
Blueberry Lemon Drop The lemon drop is a classic vodka cocktail that deserves an award for versatility. This drink can easily be elevated by combining various fruits and even herbs. Blackberry, Huckleberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Watermelon, Rosemary, and Sage can all play a part in enlivening this classic. Our favorite is the Blueberry lemon drop! Ingredients --------------- - 2oz OOLA Vodka - .5oz Simple Syrup - .5oz Lemon Juice - .5oz Limoncello - 2 lemon slices - 8 blueberries

cask smasher
The Cask Smasher - 2oz Bourbon - 1oz Honey Simple - 4 Mint Leaves - 2 Lemon Wedges In your shaker or pint glass, add the lemon wedges and mint leaves. Muddle until mint breaks apart into small pieces. Combine the bourbon and honey, fill halfway with ice and shake HARD for 15-20 seconds. In a rock glass, fill with ice and strain the cocktail over the ice. You should be able to see little flecks of mint floating throughout the drink. By using a cask strength bourbon you retain all of the amazing intense flavors of the bourbon without over diluting the cocktail even though its being shaken well.

oola la
If you're looking for a sweet and citrusy cocktail try the 'Oola la' at @marjorieseattle! Made with OOLA Citrus Vodka, Strawberry Puree, Cointreau, and lemon.

apple
This drink will make you want to curl up next to the fireplace with fuzzy socks on. Bourbon Apple Cider Sour: An interpretation of a classic bourbon cocktail. In this sour, we are going to use egg whites to give the cocktail a silky texture. This also creates a beautiful dense froth that holds up perfectly to stencil a logo or a drawing with bitters or even a dusting of your favorite holiday spice for an Instagram-worthy photo. __________________________ Ingredients: - 1.5oz Waitsburg Bourbon - 1oz Apple Cider - .75oz Lemon Juice - .5oz Simple Syrup - 1 Egg White - Dash Ground Cinnamon - Cinnamon Dusted Apple Slices Preparation: Start by separating your egg white into your shaker. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, apple cider, simple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon to the shaker. First, you will dry shake the mixture as hard as you can for about 15-30 seconds. Wrap a towel around where the two ends of the shakers meet. Since there is no ice in this step the shaker won't create that cold bond that seals the gaps and you surely don't want a face full of egg whites. After the dry shake throw in some ice and very gently swirl or shake the mixer just enough to chill the liquids inside and not break the foam, you spent all that time making. Strain 3/4 into the coupe. Give a quick swirl of the ice around in the shaker and top off the drink to get the rest of that beautiful foam from the shaker. Thinly slice 3 apples, dust with cinnamon, and skewer with a cocktail pick for garnish.

labeling
Which spirit are we labeling? Aloo is a clear and crisp Vodka with a smooth, clean taste. This Vodka finishes with a pleasant sweet note with a slightly warm glow. This high-quality spirit is beautiful as a Martini and is also perfect for mixing!

cranberry vodka mule
Forget a Moscow Mule. We know it, we love it, but it's the holidays we need to spice it up! Meet our Cranberry Vodka Mule. The key to this drink is the cranberry juice! If possible try and find 100% all natural cranberry juice, not cocktail, not from concentrate. We recommend adding a couple dashes of cardamom bitters to give your drink a bit of a winter spice note. ____________________ - 2oz OOLA Vodka - 2oz 100% Natural Cranberry Juice - .5oz Lime Juice - Simple Syrup to taste - 3 dashes Cardamom Bitters (optional) - Ginger Beer to top it off No need to shake this one if you don't prefer to. However if you prefer it, combine the vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, simple and bitters in a shaker. Shake till cold, strain into copper mug. Fill it with ice and top it with ginger beer! Fresh cranberries as a garnish make for an amazing photo worthy beverage.
