Happy Holidays! Sending love and good cheer!!
—————————————————————
I’ve been working on embodiment and mindset for years. Earlier this year, I was invited to write a chapter for the book, Winner's Mindset: Peak Performance Strategies for Success, and I’m excited that the book is now available on Amazon. I am extremely grateful to be among such an amazing group of co-authors in the fields of athletics, coaching, and entrepreneurship.
Both the kindle version and the paperback version are available, and there is a book-launch special discount for the kindle version of $0.99. Getting sales during the book launch allows the Amazon algorithms to highlight the book which is a major help in allowing others to find it. If you don't normally read kindle books, no problem. You can download a free kindle-reader from Amazon when you buy the book.
The link to the book on Amazon is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09JXQL38J
(note this is the USA link. Other countries are different).
I really appreciate you helping me out with this, and I hope you enjoy the book as well. Please get it today, during the book launch, because the $0.99 price is only temporary, and kindle price will increase soon.
Also, one of the most powerful things Amazon looks at regarding published books is verified reviews. I would really appreciate it if you could skim a few sections of the book and (if you like it), write a five-star positive review. This can even be a sentence or two, and it is a big help.
Thank you in advance for doing this.
If you decide to help with either purchase only or review, please email a quick note. This will help me track the effectiveness of my book launch.
Sincerely,
Daniel Christofferson

Happy Labor Day!!
With the upcoming Olympic Games it’s more important than ever to celebrate our runners! From 6th graders just starting in the track world to college athletes to Olympians, we have worked with all kinds of runners and their journeys. One thing that stretches across every age, event, and goal is the need for recovery. With the toll of the sport relying on the body only, it is imperative to keep it in shape. Although many recovery exercises can be done at home, our practice is the final piece that helps lead to high performance. Using the Hellerwork series and techniques, we work with the athlete to bring healing from the top layers of skin to deep tissue massage. We work as a holistic approach and solution. Alignment, flexibility, and mobility are essential to a runner. With our recovery added to their daily cycle of training, our runners can achieve maximum recovery and be ready to go the next day. We want you to prevent you from injury, help you recover from injury and, most importantly, help you along the path to reaching your goals. Run, Sweat, recover, repeat with us! Look out for an exciting new element of this campaign coming this week as we cheer on some of our own clients going to the Olympics!!
-care
Run Sweat Recover Repeat self-care recovery tip of the day! SLEEP! Sleep is an essential factor to add to recovery! At least 8 hours is imperative for athletes because deep sleep is when the body allows extra blood to flow into muscles, bringing oxygen and nutrients and restoring tissues and muscles that need it!!
-care
Run Sweat Recover Repeat dedicates providing resources and recovery to passionate runners. Today’s self-care tip of the day is to drink lots of water! Water helps to re-balance body fluids and thus prevents muscle fatigue. It is recommended not only to drink water during and after your workout but also 2 hours before for a maximum hydration coat. Add electrolytes for even more hydration!

We are excited to share with you our new campaign celebrating runners: Run. Sweat .Recover. Repeat! Working with various runners, we understand the toll and dedication it takes to be the best! This is why we want to emphasize the recovery aspect. Recovery helps improve performance as well as prevents injury. For this, we will be taking into account recovery you can do on your own and with us! We will be posting ways you can partake in self-care recovery and will be bringing in our clients to hear how they recover and what’s beneficial to them. We will also be working to lay out why our practice is so vital in the recovery process and how it will help achieve high performance and high maintenance. Stay tuned along this series to learn as much as you can about recovery and running!

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
As we watch incredible athletes compete at the Olympic Trials, it’s easy to be in awe of how many amazing things the body can do. However, as many of these athletes also know, self-care is just as important as training and competition. Self-care is not just physical. It also includes mind and soul. While these elements may seem separate, they are all interconnected. To be able to be a top tier athlete or just someone who is able to move through life in a happy healthy way, you must first start with holistically taking care of yourself; mind, body and soul.
Behind the scenes of some of our upcoming projects! Stay tuned for more exciting things to come!
We are excited to welcome Bradey Sorenson as a summer intern to Holistic High Performance!
