It will be hot outside when we give tours this Sunday but a bit cooler in the museum. To keep things cool we definitely won't be testing out the Western Electric toaster or mini oven!

From old phones to volunteers, everything clicks at The Connections Museum The Connections Museum in Georgetown is filled with telecommunications technology from the ages, and a close-knit group of volunteers who keep it all humming.
It's big! It's orange and brown! It boots up!
Come take a guided tour at the museum on Sunday. We open at 10. If you forgot to bring a quarter to use the pay phone on the left, we usually have an extra one for you.
We will be open again this Sunday the 7th for tours of the museum. Come see and hear the switches clicking! Small preview below.

For 30 years, we’ve kept the history of telephony alive. Our unparalleled collection features exhibits ranging from the late 1800’s to the modern day, and best of all, it all actually works! There’s nowhere else where you can make a telephone call through a 1923 Panel switch, or a 1942 No. 1 Crossbar, and thats just the beginning! Our dedicated team of volunteers spans all ages, from young to old, and we love sharing stories, and giving tailored tours to our guests.
