Hello
“一切都在改變,我們也隨之改變”
“All things change and we change with them”
Thank you, for the cover story’s featured interview where I share about my work in the healthcare sector and my journey as an androgynous/non-binary model. It was an honor to discuss the strengths that make me resilient, my core values, and the practices I follow for self-care.

During the pandemic, I have prioritized my work to focus on developing programs that address integrated managed care, including behavioral health and social determinants of health, for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQA+ communities, particularly homeless/unsheltered/unhoused individuals.
As a principal consultant, I have been selected to serve on the King County Regional Homeless Authority’s Continuum of Care (CoC) Board/Advisory Committee. This committee, known formally as the Seattle King County Continuum of Care Board under the Interlocal Agreement, fulfills essential functions mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)regulations. It plays a crucial role in ensuring King County’s eligibility for federal funding, with oversight and authority granted by the full CoC membership as per HUD regulations.

Congratulations to for graduating with his master in public health🙂
As a principal consultant, I specialize in grant writing and proposal development, a role that for its potential to secure funds for underserved communities and smaller organizations. These entities often lack the resources to compete with larger, well-established organizations. My work aims to promote equity and justice by ensuring that these smaller organizations, who serve BIPOC, 2SLGBTIA+, immigrants/refugees, and homeless/unsheltered populations, receive the support they need.
Over the last two months, I have successfully assisted underrepresented and smaller organizations in obtaining over $20 million in funds. These funds are transformative, directly impacting the communities that need access the most. By leveling the playing field, we can challenge institutional barriers and uplift one another, working together to reduce disparities and foster a more just society.
