As a company, we've been doing this ticketing thing for about ten years. But if our crew all lined up across the shop floor, our combined experience producing and attending events would span decades. Along the way we've worked with some amazing people and learned some important lessons, like how a ticketing company should behave and how it should not. How we want to be treated and how to treat others. We've built this company to provide the kind of service we would want for ourselves. We don't answer to shareholders and venture capitalists.
