Pawsitive Dog Adventures

The worst part about what I do is having to go through heart break over and over again. Every pup i take care of is also like one of my own. Even if i havent seen them in a while. I still have love for them. I just found out that our Ryder girl has crossed over the rainbow bridge.. my heart goes out to her Family. I havent seen her in 3 years since she moved out of state. Some of you may remember her from a few years ago.. She was and will always be part of our Pawsitive family from January of 2020 for about a year and a half Ryder spread her love, Playfulness and cuteness into our lives. She ended up Moving to Minnesota so we havent seen her since. She was the BIGGEST LOVE, and very photogenic. She will always be missed and never forgotten. I love you Ryder girl… give our other Pawsitive family pups that have gone before you our love. We miss you all 😭💔

Got some of the kid toys taken out this week. The big ones will probably stay a little longer as i don’t have the strength to take them apart or move them by myself. Some of the kids toys along the fence are holding up the fence that we will eventually be replacing with an 8ft fence. That will come with time and money 💰 probably next year.

It’s been a while since on of our update posts has been posted on our page. Slowly but surely there will be less and less toys to run around. Today while playing we took out 8 toys. Won’t be able to tell yet. But slow transition in progress.

As we have moved into a location, I am slowly moving toys here and there out of our way. But the mud has been our major issue. I got a quote the other day as I was just looking to see what my options were to add a higher fence and a mud free dog yard. We are looking at approximately 55k. I wiild like to see what one of my clients has to say with her company. But, it probably won’t be done until next year unfortunately. But this week I am focusing on getting all of the toys out of our way. It’s about time.

Hello, I'm Autumn!

** Experienced, loving and conscientious caregiver for your pet family - offering daytime walks/park trips, evening rescue care and Weekend/holiday In-Home visits for the Ballard/Greenwood areas. **

I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you to provide care for your little ones. My pet care experience dates back to my childhood years and I have been a professional sitter for 6 years. I have a lifetime of concern for the welfare of animals and children, a strong interest in physical activity and a dedicated Mom to two beautiful children, I will pass along the same concern and attention for your pet families.

My visits with your pets thoroughly provide them with both a focus on their health and well-being as well as on their need for fun and cuddles. I am experienced with medicine administration (oral/subcutaneous, syringe feedings, etc.), I am trained in Pet CPR/First Aid and have a special interest in special needs and elder care for cats, dogs, exotics and others. I am also a trained as a Veterinary Assistant from PIMA Medical Institute in 2013

Each of my clients' pets are given attention based on their individual needs and preferences, and I become quite attuned to them. Knowing them and developing a relationship with each of my pets according to their unique personalities, backgrounds and physical conditions helps me to be a partner in your pets' care. You may have a new puppy in need of training, a rescue exhibiting emotional/psychological aftermath of trauma previously experienced, a pet with a medical condition or physical handicap - these and other pets have been routinely in my care over the years. I am especially sensitive to shy ones, with a gentle "come to me when you are ready" nature, and will run or walk with those who are more ambitious as well, giving appropriate levels of exercise and play. Our time spent together is positive and full, as I give them the most during my stays, especially love.

I have multiple scheduled pack walks/park trips throughout the day, and provide half-hour 1:1 visits with the opportunity for longer as schedule allows. My routine includes giving loving attention to your pets, adhering to your requests and requirements and taking measures to keep your home secure and looking lived in, keeping your pets comfortable and safe. I will perform other duties, such as mail collection, plant care and trash removal, as well as most errand and other requests.

A text/email or call to update you during your trip or work day are routine as you request with some pictures of your pets occasionally as well!

Please contact me for a complimentary initial visit so that we may get acquainted ahead of time. You can feel more comfortable with arranging for time away knowing that you have an experienced and trustworthy pet care provider loving your pets throughout.
