17 years in marriage, 17 years in partnership, 17 years of our crazy Ying vs Yang personalities that somehow found each other and fell in love years ago.

I’d choose you over and over again.

Such a special Sunday brunching with and strutting the runway with fellow breast cancer survivors and our support partners.

Choosing just one was hard for me (a good problem to have), and yet so easy. My sister was the rock I needed in my cancer journey. While Covid kept us apart from seeing each other, she never missed a day of calling me. She gave me the sounding board I needed to be true, honest and raw. Without her, I wouldn’t have had the strength I needed to spend a full 12 months in treatment.

Walking down that runway and seeing and at the end really ruined my makeup with tears of joy and true love. These two were the ones who physically cared for me at my weakest moments. They turned a cheek to my scars, my 228th day in bed, my brain fog moments (there were many). And always had a smile on their face even when it was hard for all of us. I am a survivor because of them!

We () are honored to support there r beautiful event which provides much needed funds to women diagnosed with breast and gynecological cancers, providing financial support to their everyday basics.

Thank you to .by.manzo from for the Bardot out of bed fabulous updo, the talented artists from and for making me feel 20 years younger! And of course to for helping me fall in love with the dress (which now rests comfortably in my very own closet!).

The funny thing about cancer is you are never alone. There are always fellow patients, survivors, and care partners experiencing the journey with you. What an honor it is to be in this amazing and supportive crowd! Oh, and a very special shout-out to for connecting me with ! 💗🩷🤍💗🩷

Jeremey Johnson and I are very excited to kick off our school supplies drive to support our friend and teacher Carrie Goetz who teaches 3rd grade at Broadview Thomson K-8 school in NW Seattle.
Over 60% of the students are at or below poverty levels which means buying supplies, let alone a meal, are extremely challenging. By providing pencils, pens, notebooks, snacks and so much more we can ensure that these kids are giving the best opportunity to learn and thrive.

We've made it so easy for you by asking Carrie to put together a wish list. You can easily order the items (from Amazon) and they will be shipped to our office where we will collect and delivery to Carrie and her colleagues before school starts. We are hoping that we'll be able to fulfill her wish list as well as give generously to the other classrooms.

On our final day of our Seller Survival Series, we thought we'd share our notes on life after listing!

Now that you've prepared your home for listing photos, you're ready for showings. After each showing, buyer's agents receive messages requesting feedback.

This is not the time to take things personally. Take the feedback with a grain of salt, but keep watch for any trending feedback (like a concern about the condition of flooring or that your home is priced too high). Your agent will guide you and give you suggestions on what to do with the feedback you receive! (And note: no feedback is feedback)

Hopefully it won't be long until you get an offer. There are a lot of things worth considering when preparing to respond to an offer (swipe for our list). We always remind our sellers to know their bottom dollar but also be willing to negotiate if possible. Buyers and sellers ultimately want the same thing: to transition ownership of the home as smoothly as possible. Don't lose sight of this!

Now that you've accepted an offer, your home is pending. A lot will happen during this time, like the inspection and appraisal. As a seller, your job is to focus on packing and keeping your home in the same condition it was in when it went pending.
