Pat Yiu , a FRAUD hiding on campus, jumping from group to group, skipping out on rent, and stealing from others.

FACTS:

· Margaret Ching (Julian's Mother) has a JUDGEMENT from King County Superior Court for past due rents, liabilities, and penalties. Currently pending collection, $32,664.73 USD.
· Julian Chiu decided NOT to appear for LNI's deposition and paid Labor and Industry in FULL for ALL owed labor wages.
· Julian Chiu admitted in court deposition that he allowed public parties to take company assets after GGC closed down.
· Pat Yiu admitted in court deposition of selling of GGC computers to Seattle Laptops Inc, using Cognitive Gaming as decoy.
· Despite his claims, Julian Chiu did not provide evidence in court to back his claim and accusation towards me.

While two of ex-employees filed LNI wage complaints, Pat Yiu decided it was okay to take company assets without majority member's approval. I've also attached additional findings from past discovery.
It's unfortunate to see GGC ended so quickly, some of the things I've learned and discovered from individuals listed above during the past few years are beyond UNETHICAL. I hope these findings will undo any misunderstandings. In no way am I or is GGC are looking for anyone to justify or turn this into a debate.

This September would of been GGC's official one year anniversary. Watching PAX, it brought back a lot of good memories last year with all the pro teams visiting GGC. The sudden shut down of GGC is doubtful, and I am still investigating in this matter. As for the stolen computers, we are working closely with Seattle Police Department to get to the bottom of this. To the ones who aided in this transaction, I will make sure justice is served.

Public Announcement from Edison Huang Regarding Generation Gaming Cafe:

As many of you may know, the owners of Generation Gaming Café are currently engaged in a legal dispute. Unfortunately, after GGC stopped operating its business in the U-District, a group of individuals who appear to go by the name “Cognitive Gamers” somehow acquired GGC’s computers, monitors, and company property from GGC’s storefront. These individuals then apparently sold GGC’s property on craigslist.org and to used computer stores in the Seattle area. A police report has been filed related to the unauthorized sale of GGC’s property.

Public Announcement from Edison Huang Regarding Generation Gaming Cafe:

For the past eight months, allegations have been made against an owner of Generation Gaming Café. These claims have been made by another owner who is involved in an operations dispute. Allegations have included disparaging remarks about the largest owner’s character and integrity.

More recently, the minority owner has without court or other approval closed down the business operations of Generation Gaming Café. The business’ largest owner is currently exploring ways to restore business operations and to fairly deal with GGC members and customers.
