The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experience for customers who come into Honda and Toyota of Seattle. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk-in guests, answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different than the rest.

We Offer our Automotive Sales Consultants:
60 days of training for our model of business.
Training is paid at an hourly wage of 20.00 per hour.
After 60 days of the training period, pay is based on a highly competitive commission structure.
Compensation based on a tiered system - paid per unit (new & used) - paid on all finance products.
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offered after 60 days of employment.
Paid time off.
2 days off in a row.
Early & late shifts.
Ongoing training and development with a full-time trainer for your success.

Persuasion' type jobs such as higher education admission counselors, enrollment advisers, coaches, teachers, etc.
Servers and bartenders in 'upscale' restaurants and clubs.
Sales of timeshares, vacation packages, cruises, fitness center memberships, golf, or country club memberships.

User-friendly infotainment system: An infotainment system that’s easy to use and not distracting is convenient and provides a safer driving experience. A 7-inch screen is standard, though a larger 9-inch screen is used in the majority of trims. They both have large icons, crisp graphics, and quick reaction times. We appreciate little touches, too, like how the screen is recessed to create a handy place to rest screen-swiping fingers.

Removable second-row seat: The Pilot Touring and Elite trims come with second-row dual captain’s chairs featuring a center seat that doubles as a center console. It can also be removed completely to provide more shoulder room and easier access to the third row. It can be stowed neatly into underfloor storage in the cargo area. This feature is derived from the Honda Odyssey minivan, giving the Pilot minivan-like practicality.
