Introducing a new delicious seasonal dish: Geoduck Salad! What exactly is a geoduck? Despite its name, a geoduck is neither a duck nor particularly gooey—it's the world's largest saltwater clam! The meat is sweet and briny and has a crisper flavor than other clams.

We get our geoduck from Chelsea Farms, founded by the Lentz family almost 40 years ago in the South Puget Sound. They're known for their world-class sustainable seafood, always prioritizing organic sustainable farming with a strong environmental stewardship in the South Sound and across the Pacific Northwest.
