We own the saffron farm in Chelan, WA where we grow our own flowers and carefully pick each stamen by hand. To some this may be very taxing labor, but each of our stems is plucked with much love and devotion. We are FDA(19675295014) registered for both export and import. We pass the savings onto you because we want you to enjoy using saffron not just for cooking but in baking, drinking and even as a health supplement. We pick, pack and ship our saffron in a family atmosphere and everyone in our household has a hand in the distribution process from the 1st to the 3rd generation. The company is even named after our son, Cyrus.
