Super short, beyond effective and you can do it just about anywhere. 4 Rounds 16 Alternating Crossbody V-ups 8 Seal on the Rocks each side 16 KB Plank Knees to Elbow . . If the rep counts feel really aggressive for 4 rounds, scale them back as needed, but still make it challenging and if you don’t have a KB, no biggie, just do a high plank and get your knees to your elbows. . It’s about 6 minutes, and everyone had 6 minutes in their day to get this in. Sitting at your desk and staring at your computer for hours, cool, take a break and work on that deep hip V you’ve been dying for your entire adult life. .
