Welp, anyone who knows me knows I am not one to sit on an idea without action for too long sooo.... I'm going to be offering intraoral massage, anterior chest massage (including anterior rotator cuff, anterior thoracic/ribcage, diaphragm, and full chest/breast massage), and/or labor preparation release starting January 2024. In an unexpected and nostalgic turn of events I will be sharing a room back at my old stomping grounds and with some of my old room partners at Old Rainier Brewery.
In full transparancy.. this is absolutely a trial run. Intraoral massage was the very first additional training I received nearly immediately after completing massage school. 10 years ago. It was something I felt passionate about the minute I heard it was a "thing" and so frustrated that throughout my decade of TMJD no one had ever mentioned it. Surgery was mentioned before anyone mentioned soft tissue release as a treatment option!
During the pandemic I had a long bout of not offering it and by the time things eased up in pandemic land I was on the outs to massage retirement. Here's the thing though... There is a HUGE need for this service and not a lot of people who offer it. The pandemic and all that mask wearing mingling with anxiety made it all the more needed. I currently only have 1 day/wk availability, on Wednesdays. New clients will need to reach out to me directly to be added to the client list and then you can book. I expect availability to fill quickly as I keep long turn over times so availability will naturally be limited. I'll have a waitlist available if/when the calendar fills.

Hi All! I hope this summer finds you well. As many of you know, I fully retired from massage over the past year. How I miss it! Unfortunately, massage is a career that is a big ask for our bodies and mine was telling me it was time to be done. That said, I miss it and I REALLY miss helping people find comfort in their own bodies. Just because I don't physically massage anymore doesn't mean I can't help people with suggestions of self massage, stretching, and breathing tools that can help reduce tension and regain mobility and balance in the body. Have you been feeling aches and pains? Feel free to post below and I will offer my helpful hints to get it in check!
