Every coffee is roasted in house at the Interbay location. We strive to achieve balance in our roasting and blending to present sweetness and richness in a cup. ☕️☕️☕️☕️

Some of us got exposed Covid over the holidays. While the positive staffs are resting at their homes, rest of us are getting tested to be sure. So we are closing Thursday to get test to be sure. Our U district location is still open.

Small light in a dark room, glimmer of hope, struggle to get better with small victories. let’s all remind ourselves that life goes on and we need to push on. Let go of the past and look beyond the hills. Remember to start over. Things that we say to each other for the new year; let’s hope for the better.

Our original staple homemade chocolate chip cookie is back!! Dubbed by our customers as “best cookie in the town!” Available at both our locations!

We grow a little coffee plant. Usually it takes 4 years in a warmer climate to produce any kind of coffee fruit that is usable. We often forget how much effort goes into little things we enjoy. Seeing little coffee plant today morning reminds me of what I can be grateful for.

We will open on Thanksgiving Day and all the days in the week!
