Doing things the right way pays off — everywhere.

Our sellers turned over their keys, moved out, and trusted me and my colleague John Blacksmith to strategize and manage high return-on-investment updates to their Leavenworth home.

Our trusted contractors traveled from Seattle to execute our proven and organized listing-prep system affordably and efficiently. For this home, that included new paint, light fixtures, flooring, deck repair and re-staining, and transforming a formerly forgotten, rarely used room into a highly functional home office or hobbyist space. Cost: $35K

We also ordered a seller-provided home inspection in advance so we could get ahead of any needed repairs and instill confidence in potential buyers — an atypical approach for this region. Also unusual for this area: we staged the home.
