As some of you might have guessed, we have added a piano to the bar space to enhance the atmosphere and enjoyment of our customers. We purchased it from the New Braunfels Conservation Society and inside we found business cards from piano tuners dating back to the '80's! 😳

Of course we did what new piano owners do: we called the number on the newest business card we had and Joseph answered the phone. He came out today and made sure it sounded beautiful (he also played a bit as well and it was pretty impressive). If you need a piano tuned, give him a call: Hill Country Piano. Thank you to everyone who came to dine with us this evening! If you were there we apologize sincerely for the flies in the dining room! The motor on one of the vent hoods went out this morning and while we were waiting for it to be repaired we had to have all the doors open and fans running. The problem was fixed by midmorning but we spent the rest of the day swatting flies. We will have this problem remedied by tomorrow, as we will be back open again at 7AM for breakfast!
