Today we remember and recognize the strength, courage, and sheer will of enslaved African Americans. They fought to live freely, to be seen as human beings, and recognized for their contributions and achievements in building this very nation. The legacy of Juneteenth teaches us the value of hope and bravery. It reminds us that while there has been progression, restoration is still very much a work in progress.
Please join us in celebrating Juneteenth by watching our documentary, Espionage and Enslavement on Long Island! Link to full interview in bio.
