Where are my perfectionists at?
For a long time (¤tly working on it) I would n o t post because I instilled in my mind that I HAD to have the tags, location, watermark, apps, alll the things to have a successful post or page.
Not long ago did I realize that I need to stop worrying about composing the “perfect” post & to start posting for myself, for my creativity.

What I’m trying to say, is that we can research/learn as much of what we desire to do, but it takes the baby steps of actually doing it & the experience of potential failure to recognize our success.
Once we reach our definition of success, the rest will keep us on our toes to grow.

A yoga instructor once told us that when we feel the strain, or negativity to smile and let it go.
I then thought about how I sometimes smile at myself in the mirror to stop crying. Sh*ts uncomfortable..like..it’d be really hard to be angry,sad,or upset while smiling..
so when you’re having a struggle, keep smiling; it’ll help you feel better😊
