Welcome to the heart of downtown Seneca, South Carolina. Formerly the Richardson Theatre in the late 50s, our building underwent an expansive renovation to create a charming, 6 bedroom boutique hotel. Each of our six private rooms are connected with a common area for dining and lounging. Each room features luxury furnishings and bedding, a private bath with a state of the art shower, and 65” Flat Screens, with all your favorite channels.
Just steps from your hotel is Ram Cat Alley featuring a variety of locally owned shops, restaurants and nightlife.
