Our Booking system has been locked out. I can not see if you book an appointment online, when you are coming or what you’ve booked for and all of my clients contact information is on that account as well so I have no way to contact you. And Also, I have no access to the account linked to it when you Prepay while booking online. I can not always honor the appointment time you have selected when booking online at this time. 🎉🎊
I have been on customer service multiple times and trying to get it fixed, but I am thinking I will have to change the whole system.
