A great day of fishing at Southwood Conservation Area near Smithland today. Our guys had fun in the sun trying to land a big fish and they all had stories to tell about the "one that got away." Check out all the highlight photos!

We had a great day at Embassy! Special thank you to Jerry Logamann who came and spoke to the residents about the history of the garden and helped the residents plant their flowers . Thank you so much Jerry! We had an afternoon filled with karaoke fun and ice cream sundaes.

Fun with rhinestones! The residents decorated peacocks with colorful rhinestones and displayed them as art in their rooms. Everyone had a great time working with the glue and colorful stones!

There is always something fun going on at Embassy Rehab and Care Center. From Noodleball to Nerf gun battles to bowling and puzzles. The residents enjoy all the Activities throughout the day!

Friday at Embassy was a treat of grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, temporary tattoos (the residents love getting tattoos) and rootbeer floats to round out the afternoon. There's always something special going on at Embassy Rehab and Care Center! The residents and staff had a great time celebrating Nursing Home Week!

Mr Hensley's 7th grade class along with multiple volunteers spent hours working in the garden planting flowers and vegetables, some of which were planted by residents to be transplanted to the community garden! Thank you to all the volunteers who keep the garden looking great all summer long for our residents to enjoy.

The SBL 1st graders stopped by and entertained the residents by reading books and telling stories. The residents had a great time interacting with the young students and the children made some new friends 🧡 Check out all the great pictures!!!

Celebrating Nursing Home Week with a creative twist! We're having an Art Therapy session, tie-dyeing, and soaking up the sun with some four-legged visitors. Stay tuned, more fun to come! 😉

Friday was a crazy busy day for Embassy residents, but we managed to fit in some quality time with Jesus, courtesy of Lamplighters, and Ingrid stopped by with some furry pals. We topped it all off with a tea party to celebrate Mother’s Day!
