Terrie will be teaching All Levels Yoga at 6pm and Reset & Restore at 7:30pm Monday evenings beginning in December. She will also be offering community yoga on the first Sunday of each month at 11:15am, and a special Thanksgiving morning class at 8:30am for $10!

This dynamic duo has decided to join forces EVERY Thursday, under the title Galactic Ecstatic! They continue to offer the Reiki Sound Bath, now co-facilitate the Sound Bath Immersion, and have other offerings they are very excited to share with everyone. We are thrilled to introduce Shannon Ditzel, LMT- a passionate healer and teacher! Shannon’s business, Wholly Light, focuses on empowering individuals through spiritual development, teaching metaphysical topics and leading transformative group healing events & retreats.
