After the last 3 days I realize how much Swift&Clean really cares about our clients and our guest!! I am deff not one to complain so this will never be told to the company..We rented a cabin for 3 days because I don't like to go far from work lol..While staying in the cabin the hot tub broke the grill ran out of gas and the kitchen has been completely covered in ants the entire stay..I called and reported the hot tub this morning and a maintenance ticket was made for someone to come out it's now 8:20 and no one ever showed lol...Now everyone that works for me or knows me it's that I take complaints very seriously and maintenance issue hold priority I will stop what I'm doing to make sure things get handles in a timely manner it just makes me sad that these owners are trusting a very popular PM to run and maintain there cabin and its deff not being done..I wish I could open a company big enough to take a majority of these cabins over and give owners exactly what they are paying for!!!Who knows maybe Swift&Clean will get into property management next stay tuned LOL!!

This place was amazing — an oasis away from home. Easy to access with spacious parking. My teen and grown children loved the theme of the home. So relaxing and inviting. Just bring your suitcase and toothbrush-everything else is there for you to use. The beds were extremely comfortable and all of the linens smelled fresh and clean. The house is large enough and so well laid out you did not feel like you were on top of each other…so spacious! Even the extra blankets had a clean fresh smell. I enjoyed the location —just far enough to be in the country, yet close enough to attend any attraction in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. My family used the hot tub -which was so relaxing at the end of a long day….The only negative—I wish we had booked for a longer stay in this whimsical paradise!
You will not regret booking this house for a day, a week or a month .
We hope to return in the future for a longer vacation.
