what I was meant to do spoken word

for 2 years I've been going to the Blue Light studio making hit after hit and I love it I wish the bullies could see me now people say I'm an artist I'm finally doing what I was meant to do since the age of 2 I knew wanted to be a singer so my dad would play piano and sing to me as a baby and I knew it was my calling to sing about love life and god and to all those ruffians who tormented me in grade school and middle school look at me now I'm an artist and I'm doing what I was meant to do I have written 26 songs so far but I'm not through yet there is still work to be done I ain't gonna stop until my last breath cause I know it's what I was meant to do I don't want to work a 9 to 5 job I know I was born to sing at a very young age I wrote my first song at 14 years old singing is my life I want to wonder if I could have been a singer I want to tell my kids one day that daddy made it I'm 30 years old and I live a beautiful life and I want to build a legacy for my future family teach my kiddos how to sing because that's what i was meant to do
