The Friends of the Sewickley Public Library are gearing up for our annual Fall Book Sale, and we need your help! We’re accepting donations of gently used books, CDs, DVDs, and LPs to make this event a success.

Your contributions directly support our library and help keep our community thriving. Drop off your donations at the library during regular hours by August 31. Every item counts!

In honor of the 150th anniversary of the Sewickley Public Library, we're thrilled to announce a unique silent auction as a part of Savoring Sewickley that will leave a lasting legacy. The Roof Tile Silent Auction features the 100-year-old tiles that were removed from the building! Several local artists have turned these tiles into beautiful pieces of art!

Now you have the chance to own a piece of history by bidding on these beautifully customized roof tiles that have been a part of our library's heritage for a century. Your support will help preserve our beloved library for generations to come.

The silent auction is open to all! If you are attending Savoring Sewickley (Sunday, November 5 5:30-8:30PM), you get a special treat! Meet us upstairs in the Children’s Department at 6:00 during Savoring to meet the artists and see the tiles up close. While you are there, be sure to check out the raffle prizes, visit a few restaurants and grab a drink!

The silent auction will close Sunday, November 5 at 7:15PM. Winners will be announced on the website. If the winner is present at Savoring, they will bring the tile home that evening. Otherwise, we will contact the winner and arrange delivery of the tile.
