Be brave. 7 years ago today my beautiful friend Alicia suffered a sudden cardiac arrest due to a heart condition called long QT syndrome. Her family was trained in CPR and were able to keep her heart beating until paramedics could arrive. She celebrates her rebirth-day every year and is an advocate for bystander CPR training. She also raises funds to put AED’s into schools and facilities to help save lives. She is a RN and will provide bystander CPR training to help increase CPR awareness and save lives.
