So thankful for our amazing team of guys especially Derrick Smith. He was able to assist getting a crew from the Baptist on a Mission/ NCBM back on the road today. They are a disaster recovery team that have been helping out in our county and will be heading west after finishing up in Southport. Derrick is right, there are so many ways for us to come together and help each other. Please join us in keeping western NC in our prayers for the days that come as well as everyone here that are still trying to get back up on their feet.

Applicant must have 3 years experience working with diesels or automotives. A friendly and outgoing personality to able to interact with customers and fellow employees. Also they will need a valid drivers license, transportation to and from work, and their own tools and tool box. Pay is dependent on knowledge and skill set. Lordy Lordy Derrick is 40!!!! Fun fact about Derrick is he has celebrated his 16th, 20th, 30th, and now 40th birthday with us at W&W! He is family and we couldn’t be more blessed to have him working with us. We are so thankful for all his hard work and dedication over the years. His actual birthday isn’t until tomorrow so if you see him make sure to wish him a happy birthday!

It has come to our attention that some of our customers might be getting false information about our company, its owner, and the service we offer. W&W Diesel service was established in the late 80’s the name W&W was chosen by the owner William M. Benton, to represent his name and his father’s. Most of our long timers know his father by the name of Edision, however his first legal name is also William. The ONLY owner of our company is William M. Benton. There are no other shareholders. We also do not have a mobile service, anyone who has represented us as a mobiles service was doing so illegally. Unless you spoke to William, Josh, or Kristy and recived a paid invoice with our letter head please know that was not our company. We appreciate our customers very much and do not want anyone being miss led by false information. Thank you for your continued business!

Congratulations Bryan! We knew you could do it!

We dont talk politics but this one is different. Bryan Wilson is apart of our diesel family. Bryan who was at that time a loyal customer, approached William one day and said that he really wanted to learn how to work on trucks……well he took him up on his offer, and Bryan worked part time as a mechanic for our company for a few years. We did not disclose to others Bryans profession because lets be honest who wants to be trying to change a fuel filter or drop a transmission out of a truck while being asked for legal advice lol! Bryan is running for District Court Judge. Early voting started yesterday. Bryan wants to be a positive change in our legal system. What we will say is he is not afraid of hard work and he he knows the struggles of hard working men and women. Regardless of who you vote for go vote! We are, and we will be closing at 4pm today🇺🇸 God Bless and have a great weekend, we will see yall Monday!

We really do have the best team of guys here. They all work really hard and often times stay after to try and get our work load caught up. Then one will surprise us with something just out of the blue. It could be cooking us food or in this case Derrick Smith decided to spruce up our sign!
