3 cup sugar
1 cup lemon juice. Fresh is better(about 7 lemons) , Bottle is fine
Lemon zest from about 5 lemons if you can
1 Tbl vanilla extract.
1/2 size aluminum pan
Whisk
Mixing bowl
Pan spray or parchment paper

Thank you. God for this amazing gift. Sooo. I was surprised with a tasting during an interview yesterday. They gave me cornmeal, lentils, quinoa, rice, steak, Swai and said, "I need 2 plate of each with a veg, Have fun, see you on 90 min." Man, I haven't done one of these in years🤦🏾‍♂️. After a couple min getting thoughts together, I decided to make seared steak medallions with an onion mushroom gravy. Over season rice and garlic spinach. For the fish, I kept it simple and made a crispy fried fish over polenta. I also made a tomato and onion quinoa salad with homemade citrus dressing and fresh herbs. You think they liked it 😁😁😋😋

An amazing experience being at 2 places at the same time. Boxed lunches for 90 and a buffet set up for 50 at 2 different locations at the same time. Target distribution center hired Papa's Kitchen Catering to feed their staff of 3100 people between 2 days. It's was a truly a blessing and I think everyone that helped me with this event.
