Happy 2024! I rang it in quietly with a glass of Prosecco and a traditional Swiss fondue. Fondue on NYE is our family tradition that began in the 70's. You can find a simple but authentic recipe -- and some fun stories -- in my upcoming book, Gathering Boards, available for pre-order now and other booksellers. On shelves in June!

Exactly four years ago today, I made my first delivery to a "real customer" (.w.rost ) Since then, I've created countless boards, boxes, cups and cones, opened a storefront, taught thousands of "students" at my Boarding School workshops, and most recently WROTE A BOOK! Looking forward to what the next year brings...you just never know!

That's a wrap on EZPZ Holidays 2024. It's been both exciting and challenging, but rewarding nonetheless. I'm taking a much needed couple of weeks off to take care of myself and my family. Back at it on January 6! Peace out 2023 ✌🏼

Here's a quick and easy appetizer or addition to your charcuterie platter. Create balls from a log of goat cheese (herbed or plain) and stack them to form a Christmas tree shape. Decorate with rosemary then add red or green grapes, dried cranberries...or teardrop peppers and olives. Top with a cheese star using a cookie cutter. Serve with crackers or crusty bread. 🎄
