I am gutted to the core, my soul is beyond shattered, I’m devastated beyond words and forever destroyed. My soul mate with four legs has crossed over rainbow bridge and I will never be the same. There will never be another Cuffy pup and I will never find another work buddy as amazing as him.
Please allow us the time we need to process things as this truly is the most difficult time for us all.

We have plenty of outdoor and covered seating to take in all the views. And boy do we have some gorgeous views out here. Not to mention the great walking trails throughout the property, the wild life, the peace & quiet and an amazing variety of wellness services.

Many come to sit with a book before their appointment, some enjoy meditation on the grounds after a session or grounding prior to. Some come just to sit and be mindful. No matter the reason, Lotus has become a destination not just because of the services we offer, but because we provide a haven for your physical and mental wellness!!! See you soon 🪷

Dear Valued Clients,
We want to take a moment to kindly remind you about our arrival policy. When coming for your scheduled appointments, please do not enter the studio more than 5 minutes early. We have recently encountered clients entering the studio 15 to 20 minutes before their session while we are still working with another Client. This disrupts the privacy and flow of our operations. We understand that each clients time is valuable, and we want to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their session.
The time between clients is also when the therapist can use the restroom, refill water, have a quick snack, and respond to client communications. As a one person operation most days, these few minutes are crucial for us to stay on schedule and provide you with the best possible service.
We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in adhering to our 5 minute arrival policy. There is ample seating, available outdoors or on the wraparound porch should arrive early.

Lotus is currently without power and all the perks that come with it as well as has a large tree down across the drive. We are in clean up stage and are planning on being open, however certain service options will be limited and the credit card machine will be out. Cash, check and Venmo will still be available payment options.
If for any reason the studio needs to close or conditions change we will inform.

July’s books for both Marnee & Angie are BOOKED. Availability is now into August. If you want to get on our schedules, it is suggested that you plan ahead and book for August. As always keep an eye out for cxl’s that will be posted to our business page for any July availability.

It's come to our attention that we need to revisit our cancellation policy once again. As Lotus enters its busiest season, which will continue through late fall, we've noticed an increase in cancellations and reschedules.

Please keep in mind that when you book an appointment, you're reserving a specific time slot. In order to accommodate all our clients, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us to potentially fill that spot and avoid turning other clients away.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that plans can change, but ask for your cooperation in respecting our policies. This helps us maintain efficient operations and provide the best possible service to everyone.

If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We appreciate your understanding during our busier seasons.

Attached is our current cancellation policy. If you have not already signed one you will be required to do so at your next appt.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement and enforce our appointment/cancellation policy.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellations will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients as well as be considerate of our therapists' valuable time.

At the time of booking your appointment you may be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your treatment(s).

Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or applied to a future appointment if one was taken. However, providing less than 24 hours’ notice will require you to pay a $35 cancelation/NS-NC fee.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment it is considered a No Show and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

After the third No Call/No Show/Cancellation within a year’s time, any future missed/late and or NS-NC appointments will be charged the full service rate for that appointment.
Invoices will be issued for all fees sent directly to your email and or text number.

We are happy to answer any questions regarding this cancellation policy.
