This one was crazy, thank god we closed it. 2 other lenders couldn’t handle it, I asked my client to trust me and let Ali Saad at Independent Bank take a look and see what he could do. I reached out to , he assured me he can close it, my buyer even gave up and didn’t think we could close it. But as usual my man Ali came through.
