Ladies and gents I am very sad to inform you due to issues I will not be serving from the Snowbiz location. I am very greatful and appreciate Nikki and Cedrick at snowbiz for giving me the chance and letting me get my feet wet.
This experience has showed me Yes this is my “ little old lady dream” and I want to Pursue this dream further.
Due to a conflict of interest I decided this location wasn’t the best fit for me. I am not down or out … and My pop up restaurant will be looking for a new place to pop up… cuz I feel Shelbyville needs my kinda vision.. and I need to feed ya. Even more than ever!!
I will keep ya posted please don’t give up on this girl She is not down or out
