Many prospective home buyers often say they want to wait to buy until either prices or interest rates drop. While we would all love for homes to be more accessible and affordable, the reality is, trends have showed a steady increase in price per square foot over the last few years.

Waiting is wasting. Waiting years to purchase is wasting years of built equity, all the while, the homes are only steadily increasing in price. The equity lost can be valued at tens of thousands of dollars that you could have saved had you purchased now.
