In December 2022 we closed on this 40 unit apartment complex. With the help of some really incredible partners we raised almost 5M for this project. Excited to upgrade this property and get some returns to our investors.

So much networking, it was an incredibly valuable experience. I made some really incredible connections. Also took in some of the Denver sights.
