4. Good command over database tools such as MS Excel, Google sheets and Google Dashboard
5. Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills

This position requires a reliable dispatcher to serve as a communication point between the meal delivery riders (drivers) and the restaurants. You'll be receiving delivery requests, planning deliveries, assigning routes to drivers, exchanging calls/messages with restaurants and tracking food deliveries till they reach the customer.
