Description: The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market
research and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Success in this role requires excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills as well as a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Tasks
1. Identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking and events
2. Build strong relationships with existing clients to achieve satisfaction
3. Conduct product demos for potential clients
4. Develop and follow sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
5. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
6. Negotiate deals and close sales
7. Conduct market research to find new opportunities
8. Analyze competitors and market trends
9. Work with marketing, product development and customer service teams
10. Provide regular sales reports and updates
11. Draft personalized emails or messages to engage clients
12. Schedule tasks to stay organized and maintain engagement
13. Update the CRM with client information, track sales activities and generate reports
14. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
15. Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed
16. Proactively address any issues or concerns the client might be facing

Requirements
1. Stellar communication skills in English, both written and verbal
2. Excellent knowledge of industry-lead CRMs (salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc)
3. Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales development
4. Good command over database tools such as MS Excel, Google sheets and Google Dashboard
5. Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
6. Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings in simple ways to cross-functional teams
7. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
