Requirements
1. Stellar communication skills in English, both written and verbal
2. Excellent knowledge of industry-lead CRMs (salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc)
3. Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales development
4. Good command over database tools such as MS Excel, Google sheets and Google Dashboard
5. Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
6. Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings in simple ways to cross-functional teams
7. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

This position requires a reliable dispatcher to serve as a communication point between the meal delivery riders (drivers) and the restaurants. You'll be receiving delivery requests, planning deliveries, assigning routes to drivers, exchanging calls/messages with restaurants and tracking food deliveries till they reach the customer.

Receive orders and plan dispatches accordingly
Plan delivery routes and assign routes and tasks to drivers/riders efficiently

Resolution of missing meals, late deliveries and other similar problems with restaurants and drivers
Addressing problems and requests on the spot by transmitting information and providing immediate solutions
Prioritize requests according to the urgency and importance of food deliveries
Keeps customers informed in case of any delays or changes to orders
Provide prompt and accurate delivery status by giving current status while answering questions
Be in charge of all communications within company-assigned territories with food delivery riders

Requirements
Prior experience as a dispatcher or relevant position
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for food dispatching process
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines/priorities
