Pippa is a Mobility Coach, Pilates Instructor and Manual Stretch Therapist. She was introduced to both mat and apparatus Pilates at an early age as a component of her dance training and conditioning. Pippa has been teaching Mat Pilates since 2002, and on the apparatus since 2007. She’s also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy and NeuroMyoFasciaTherapy. Pippa also holds a Master’s Degree in Dance, multiple certifications, and maintains a strong focus on continuing education. Pippa strives to encourage and empower everyone to find ways to move fluidly, efficiently, and painlessly. Her mobility classes offer variety, adaptability, and fun while providing healthy challenges.

Emily is a coach dedicated to helping others find their inner and outer strength! Originally from Wisconsin, Emily has been working as a personal trainer in Los Angeles since 2019, and also currently works at Equinox. She had her own personal weight loss journey in college, which ignited her career for helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is certified in Pre/Post Natal Training, a Precision Nutrition Coach, holds multiple Kettlebell Certifications, and also competes in powerlifting. Emily never would have guessed she’d be deadlifting over 300lbs, and now can’t imagine life without the weight room!
