Education is important and Cedar Hollow Rehabilitation is having a School Supply Drive to assist our employee’s children for the upcoming school year. We are taking donations for all school age students. Notebooks, paper, makers, crayons, tissues, Wipes and more.

Paramount Healthcare held management meetings last week in Richardson for administrators, directors of nursing, assistant directors of nursing, and corporate staff. Chef Michael McFarland with Sysco Foods gave a presentation on the art of plating to elevate dishes to the next level. A few extra touches add so much visually! Thanks to Corporate Dietitian Guy Desmond for arranging this demonstration and thanks also to Chef Michael for sharing his tips and advice.
