WOW, it keeps getting better. Medicare has now awarded us 5 stars matching what our patients have said all along. Three other home health agencies that claim to service Grayson County also have 5 Medicare stars but their patients do not agree. All three have their main office and primary service area in other counties. No body else comes close to our record. BTW, our Google ratings are also 5 stars.
So if you ever have a need for home health services tell your doctor or hospital you want us, it's that simple, it's your choice. We accept Medicare, Advantage Medicare substitutes, and most private insurance.

Since Thursday we have had state surveyors reviewing our records, visiting patients now on service, and doing their best not to be disruptive. Today at their exit interview we learned that for the THIRD survey in a row our report shows ZERO DEFECTS! Nobody can do better than this. Al the credit goes to our amazing staff, both administrative and professional. They all work hard, care about our patients, and are good people.

Yes we are proud! Here are the latest Medicare star ratings along with patients ratings per Medicare. We have 4 1/2 Medicare stars while our patients rate us at 5 stars. No other Home Health Agency claiming to service Grayson County is rated equal or higher. This has resulted from hard work by our professional and office staff, bottom line is they care.
