Well, Friends, it's time... Phoebe is ready for her own horse and we've begun the search to find that perfect unicorn for her. 🦄🐴 She's shown repeatedly during a very rough/sporadic/emotional summer of rehabbing the pony she was riding that she is super responsible and she's in it to win it with horses... and Daddy said it's time. 🙌 We figured we'd post here and let YOU all know in case you know/hear of one that would be perfect for her (we have VERY strict requirements, though, and they are absolutes for her, which is why we are saying this is a unicorn! LOL) But we also know that her network is vast and maybe, just MAYBE we will reach "the one that was meant to be" for her. So here we are. It's worth a shot. ❤️

But if Phoebe has shown us anything in life, nothing is impossible and sometimes good things happen to good people. ❤️

In search of the perfect magical unicorn to fall from the sky at just the right time for a girl who truly deserves it. 🦄

Yes, we **KNOW** these are hard to come by, 🤦‍♀️ but we also know that miracles do happen on occasion, so *here I am*. 🤩 We are looking for a kind, safe hunter horse for our teen daughter (and sometimes me, the mom) to show in the local hunter shows, but also for occasional trail rides, fun adventures off property, long doting grooming sessions, countless teen selfies, and costume dress-up for holidays and birthdays. We are located in Pennsylvania.

Ideally, we’d like a horse that can do up to 2’6 (eventually) with a change and the horse stride… but our biggest thing is safe, kind, and NOT A JERK. Potentially a horse stepping down from a big job OR a backburner with experience, even green-ISH horses would be considered IF they are kind, brave, safe, and have a good brain. Do you have a college kid leaving and you just want her heart horse to go to a perfect home? Hands down, WE ARE IT.

[ Full disclosure: Our very experienced, very picky, did-I-mention very experienced trainer, who we trust fully, must approve our horse. She will have all the questions and uncover all the details, so please don’t try to scam us – you will be wasting both our time and your own. 😜 ]

What We're Looking For:
- LOCATION: eastern PA (but willing to travel to close nearby states)
- HORSE: 16 - 16.2 hands (or right around there)
- AGE: Up to 15 years old
- TEMPERAMENT: MUST be kind, safe, and have an “in your pocket” personality
- EXPERIENCE:
* Ideal for 2’6 hunters with a change, potentially a horse stepping down from a big job
* Green horses considered *IF* they are KIND, brave, and have a good brain
* Backburners with experience are also welcome
- RIDE: More of a quiet "woah" rather than "go"
- MAINTENANCE: Minimal maintenance and show prep
- HEALTH: Absolutely nothing hot or problematic
- PERSONALITY: Tolerant of long grooming sessions, soapy baths, and doting owners
- BUDGET: 🥕,🥕🥕🥕 (Yes, we know this is less than ideal/unheard of/borderline crazy talk, but we also believe that our unicorn is out there, so don't poo-poo our dreams and just show me what you’ve got!)

We will require also require a trial and 1,000 questions answered! 🤣 And we are looking for P only or LtoP.
