We have been getting an influx of messages for the Valley for chairs, or linens. Our event company is located in Show low. We travel to the valley only if a wedding package is booked (packages are pinned). We deliver and set up, or do curb pick up for individual items only in the Show low and surrounding towns.

Book your event date before 01/31/24 (any date in 2024 that’s available) by doing a $175 deposit vs $350 👏🏻 $175 holds your date! Make payments monthly or leading up to your event online!

Super excited about holding a stitch themed birthday party on the 20th! We have several birthday package/baby shower, bridal, etc. Package can be used for any type of event. We can customize the package to your guest count, theme etc.

Package 1- VIP package $200 to hold the date, remainder due 14 days prior to event date. Can make payments leading up to your event online.

1) $500 Full VIP Pacpage 54 guests - 24 hour rental (put up and tear down service)

•54 party white metal chairs (depending on theme may come with chair wraps/covers/bows)

Package 2- Mini event
1) $350 - 24 hour rental
•Bounce house or 10x30 tent
• 4 rectangle tables (no table clothes)
• 32 metal white party chairs

Package 3- Executive VIP
1) $1000
•Bounce house and a 10x20 food tent (food not included)
•Event table (theme/balloon arch/colors of your choice)
•Hightop cake table (linen included- cake not included)
•10 round tables with floor length linens (will match theme colors/decor)
•100 metal white party chairs

2024 calendar is open. We do book extremely quick. Show low and surrounding towns. 24 hour rental. $200 non-refundable deposit to hold date. Make payments on the rest of your package leading up to your event date online. We do have other bounce houses available (Frozen, Cars, giraffe/age 4 and under for this one), we also have some banners for the bounce house like Toy Story etc.

If you have a venue please make sure it is okay that we set up a tent or a bounce house prior to booking the date.

Full Wedding Packages/Event package (Delivery/pick up fee is based off zip code) we travel around AZ…. Set up will be done the day before wedding date and removal will be done the day after so you have time to clean everything off/recover. We can set up and take down the same day if needed… Most of our rentals are 3 day rentals so you have time to decorate, clean up.

$350 non-refundable deposit to hold date. Payments can be made on packages online leading up to your event date. Must be paid in full 30 days before wedding date. Colors/items must be select at least 30 days before wedding date so we can block the items for your date.

We do take credit cards, Venmo, cash app, zelle, PayPal, etc. $350 to book your date and payments leading up to your event date! Forget trying to pay for everything at once! We allow payments so your day and the days leading up can be stress free 👏🏻👏🏻

We do book fast for August-November for weddings as well as April-June for the warmer months.

Wedding set-up day in Camp Verde 🙌🙌 Can’t wait to get this wedding started 🙌🙌

Wedding event action this past Friday! 125 guest count wedding. Because of the wind the clients didn’t want to set up the liens or chair sashes until a couple hours before the wedding Saturday and the tent covers so right now it’s just the shell of the event however even without everything completed it turned out really pretty! With the red chair sashes, ivory linens, centerpieces and decor all finished I bet they had it looking stunning!
