The 2JZ DCT Swapped E30 gets 60-130 times on 93 octane, and 10psi 1/4 mile pulls! We test how fast we can go in the 60-130 on 93 octane! How fast is it on wastegate (10psi)? And it does WHAT on 20??? 🥵🥵

$3000 exhaust system, or modified stock? Listen on the next post and decide for yourself!

We cut open the factory muffler, removed the insulation, wrapped the pipes that had perforated holes with high temp foil tape, and then wrapped with DEI exhaust piping wrap. Add the insulation back, and weld up the muffler and you've got yourself a cheaper alternative to a nice sounding exhaust system.

Quick tune on this 4.8L step side cateye with the Truck Norris Cam and Longtubes. Needs a converter bad, but she drives nice how it sits!

Some preliminary testing and tuning on the DCT.
We have a few kinks to work out with it, but for now at least it moves under its own power! Few rips in it, but not able to stay in power between shifts just yet! Soon enough we will be fully tuned and ready to make some passes.

We're finally finished with the transmission tunnel on our 2JZ E30 DCT Swap! Turned out much better then we expected, considering we had no experience building one prior, with limited tools... It gets the job done, and we can check it off the list ✅

Now to finish up the interior, stereo, seats, wheel, paddle shifters, floor shifter... The list goes on! 🥵

Fits like a medium glove on an extra large hand but we in there.

We had to mill the flywheel mating surface where the hub adapter Bolts to down a few mm to make it fit perfect.

Just a little quick mock up of the Intercooler. It requires some trimming of headlight buckets, shaving down if the frame rail high spots, and several other places in the front bumper, but very surprisingly, it fits with about 1mm of room to spare! My eyes are pretty good at guessing measurements I guess 😅
