It's our traditional Labor Day feast at Springlake! 🍽️ Our residents enjoy a delicious meal with three homemade dessert options: Carrot Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, and Chocolate Cake. 🍰 Which one would you choose?

Ms. Johnson was admitted after a hospitalization that resulted in decreased independence with her self-care tasks and only being able to ambulate 10 feet, requiring maximum assistance from the therapist. After approximately 4 weeks of therapy, she was able to return home, performing her activities of daily living independently and ambulating 150 feet with only supervision! We are extremely proud of Ms. Johnson's dedication and progress during her road to recovery. Great job, Ms. Johnson!

Ms. Fruge was admitted to Springlake after a hospitalization that resulted in decreased independence with her daily activities, and she was only able to ambulate 75 feet with moderate assistance from the therapist. After approximately four weeks of therapy, she was able to return home safely, performing her activities of daily living independently, including walking 350 feet! Springlake is extremely proud of Ms. Fruge’s dedication and progress during her road to recovery!

🌟 Therapy Success Story 🌟 Ms. Baker joined us at Spring Lake Nursing and Rehab after a hospitalization, needing moderate assistance from our therapist to ambulate just 75 feet. But with her incredible dedication and our supportive therapy team, she made remarkable progress! After just four weeks, Ms. Baker returned home, independently performing her daily activities and ambulating 350 feet on her own! We are incredibly proud of Ms. Baker’s hard work and determination on her road to recovery. Great job, Ms. Baker! 🎉👏

Ms. Marchant came to Springlake Nursing and Rehab after bilateral knee replacements, unable to walk or transfer without severe pain and a high risk of falls. After just one month of therapy, she can now ambulate 350 feet, navigate steps and curbs, and perform functional transfers independently. Her pain has decreased, and her range of motion has significantly improved. Great job, Ms. Marchant! 🌟👏

We ended July with a bang! 🎉 Our residents were treated to a live performance by the talented Amelia Blake to celebrate our July birthdays. 🎶 And for our meal of the month, we enjoyed a delicious shrimp boil! 🍤

Mrs. Sue Punch has delivered a knockout performance in her therapy, overcoming every challenge! 🥊 Now she's headed home, victorious. A huge thanks to our incredible therapy team for their unwavering support. Way to go, Mrs. Punch!
